The Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Full site ownership – Audits, Health & Safety, external visitors
  • Production and Production Planning
  • People and performance management of direct reports
  • Engineering
  • Process Development, Technical and Hygiene
  • Despatch and Stores
  • Cost control
  • Directing and co-ordinating activities

You should have:

  • Factory based food manufacturing experience ideally in fresh produce
