Role Overview:
The Quality Auditor plays a key role in maintaining product safety and quality. Responsibilities include conducting audits, enforcing compliance with food safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and support factory staff in quality procedures.
- Maintain and calibrate factory measuring equipment.
- Monitor and enforce food safety, quality, and integrity protocols.
- Conduct audits, investigate non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.
- Perform environmental swabbing, air plate testing, and water sampling.
- Oversee product testing, sensory assessments, and shelf-life monitoring.
- Assist in customer and third-party audits.
- Ensure production records meet compliance standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
- Proactive ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
