We are recruiting for a skilled Analyst to join our team in our Poole office. This is a full-time, permanent role, well-suited to an analytical professional (a background in security would be beneficial) who enjoys working with data, intelligence and reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.

You will play a key role in collecting, analysing and presenting information to support internal teams and clients, delivering clear, accurate and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyse and interpret data and intelligence from a range of sources
  • Produce clear, concise analytical reports and briefings
  • Identify trends, risks and emerging issues relevant to security operations
  • Support operational planning and project teams with analytical insight
  • Monitor ongoing situations and provide timely updates where required
  • Ensure all analysis and reporting meet company standards and confidentiality requirements
  • Assist with ad-hoc research and analytical tasks as required
About You
  • Previous experience in an analytical role (essential) within the security sector (beneficial)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident working with sensitive and confidential information
  • Easy-going, approachable and able to integrate well within a close-knit team
  • Proactive, curious and comfortable working independently
Start Date

Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary: Negotiable (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30, with occasional weekend work
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Office-based (hybrid working considered)
