Role Description You will be mobile based and working with one of our highly experienced Audiologists on the job. Your primarily responsibilities will be carrying out fittings and customer rehabilitation of hearing aids. In addition, you will be responsible for all aspects of follow ups and service/repair calls as well as aftercare. Your role will also include referring customers to your Mentor Audiologist who are ready to upgrade their existing hearing aids. The apprenticeship consists of on the job and classroom based training in conjunction with De Montford University in Leicester. The course is 24 months in total.
