You will work one-to-one and in small groups to help students overcome social and emotional barriers and to boost attendance and engagement. The role requires patience, empathy and excellent communication.
Experience supporting SEMH or behavioural needs is desirable; DBS check is mandatory. GCSEs in English and Maths are required.
