We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide Inclusion Support for children in EYFS/KS1 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a full-time, long-term position that offers an opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of young learners. You will be working with small groups of children, both inside and outside the classroom, following an alternative timetable tailored to meet the needs of the pupils., + Support pupils with SEMH in both individual and group settings.

Work alongside teachers to deliver personalised and alternative timetables.

Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies and interventions.

Set clear and strong boundaries while maintaining a calm and supportive approach.

Assist in creating a positive, inclusive environment for all students.

Foster social and emotional development in children to help build resilience and coping strategies.
