Site Supervisor - Primary School, Morecambe
Start Date: ASAPWorking Hours: Split Shift - 0700-0930 and 1530-1800 (25 hours per week)

Veritas Education is working with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Morecambe to recruit a Site Supervisor starting immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a hands-on approach and a passion for keeping school environments safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the school site, ensuring it is safe, secure, and operational.
- Open and close the school premises as part of a split shift (typically early morning and late afternoon).
- Supervise and support the cleaning team, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., caretaker, site manager, facilities supervisor) is desirable.
- Strong practical and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
- A proactive, reliable, and flexible attitude.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
Working Pattern
- Split shift: Morning and afternoon - exact hours are negotiable to suit the right candidate.
