  • To provide specialist subject expertise to assist departmental staff, as appropriate.

  • To support and hold to account other staff in the school through teaching and learning programmes.

  • To support the school in the implementation of agreed whole school policies and initiatives.

  • To plan and facilitate professional learning workshops as requested.

Veritas Education are looking for a GIRLS PE teacher to join school in the WF1 area of Wakefield. As a GIRLS PE teacher at our client’s school, the successful applicant will be responsible for the planning, delivery and marking of schemes of work, along with preparing students for examinations in the subject. They must also have strong behavioural management skills and the ability to create a calm and efficient working environment for all., To be considered for the Teacher of GIRLS PE position, you will:

  • Have experience teaching Geography to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 level

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of secondary teachers
