Be ready to discuss how you’ve implemented it in your previous roles and how you plan to use it as a Room Leader. This shows your understanding of child development and your commitment to providing quality education.

Showcase Your Leadership Skills

As a Room Leader, you'll be leading a team, so it's crucial to demonstrate your leadership abilities. Prepare examples of how you've successfully managed a team or resolved conflicts in the past. Highlight your communication skills and how you foster a positive environment for both children and staff.

Engage with the Nursery's Values

Prepare Questions to Ask

Interviews are a two-way street, so think of some thoughtful questions to ask about the nursery and its team. Inquire about their approach to professional development or how they support their staff. This demonstrates your interest in the role and helps you assess if it’s the right fit for you.
