SEN Teaching Assistant – Surbiton, Kingston Upon Thames

95‑110 per day, ASAP start.

Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference?

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school based in Surbiton, Kingston Upon Thames. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with special educational needs and help them reach their full potential.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Child and Adult DBS – Essential
• Experience working with children with Complex Needs and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) – Desirable
• A patient, caring, and resilient nature
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to start ASAP
