About the Teaching Assistant Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a full-time Teaching Assistant where you will play a crucial role in both the classroom environment and the children’s learning journey, whilst developing your skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities for Teaching Assistant: Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation. Provide 1-1 support for children with SEN. Adapt learning materials and resources to meet the needs of every child in the classroom. Support social and emotional development for all and be a positive role model. Requirements for Teaching Assistant: Minimum education – Undergraduate Degree. Experience working within the education sector is desired. Academically strong and enthusiastic about education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning. An enhanced DBS on the online update service is desired but not necessary.
