Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Speech and Language Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people? Our friendly and supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a dedicated SLT to join our multidisciplinary team this December.
About the Role:
- Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children and young people with a range of communication and language needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver tailored communication programmes.
- Contribute to EHCP planning and reviews, and provide training and guidance to school staff and parents.
- Manage your own caseload within a well-supported and resource-rich environment.
About You:
- Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC and RCSLT registration essential).
- Experience working with children and young people with complex communication needs and/or autism.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting students' communication development.
