About the Role: As SENCO, you will be responsible for leading and developing the provision for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities across the school. You will work closely with teaching staff, senior leaders, families and external professionals to ensure that every pupil receives the tailored support they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the SEND policy Coordinate high-quality provision for pupils with SEND, including those with EHCPs Support, guide and develop staff in their work with pupils with additional needs Monitor and track progress to ensure positive outcomes for all SEND pupils Lead annual reviews and statutory processes, liaising with external agencies as required Be an active member of the senior leadership team and contribute to wider school development About You: Qualified teacher status (QTS) Completed or working towards the…
