We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive SEN school in Kingston upon Thames. This is a full-time role starting immediately and offers an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
The Role
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with a range of SEN needs
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Implement and review EHCP targets effectively
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
- Previous experience working in SEN schools - Essential
- Strong understanding of a range of special educational needs
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
