We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive SEN school in Kingston upon Thames. This is a full-time role starting immediately and offers an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with a range of SEN needs
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders
  • Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Implement and review EHCP targets effectively

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
  • Previous experience working in SEN schools - Essential
  • Strong understanding of a range of special educational needs
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
