Role Details
- Location: Croydon, South West London
- Start date: ASAP
- Pay: £100-£120 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEMH needs in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, accessible lessons.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage emotional regulation, social development, and confidence in students.
- Manage behaviour calmly and effectively, following the school's policies and approaches.
About You
- Previous experience working with SEMH, SEN, or challenging behaviour is highly desirable.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with students.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
- Must have an enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one).
