Daily Rate: 95-110
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Wandsworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who require additional emotional and behavioural support.

The Role

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Assisting the class teacher with behaviour management and learning activities
  • Building positive, trusting relationships with students
  • Promoting engagement, emotional regulation, and positive outcomes

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working with SEN and/or SEMH pupils is highly desirable
  • Calm, patient, and confident managing challenging behaviour
  • Passionate about supporting young people and inclusive education
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

Requirements

  • Valid Child and Adult DBS (essential)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Available to start ASAP
