School Administrative Roles – Primary & Secondary – Bradford

Are you an experienced administrator looking to make a meaningful impact in education?
We are actively recruiting full-time School Administrators for ongoing roles in primary and secondary schools across Bradford. These positions are term-time only, working Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm, with a starting hourly rate of £13.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing front-of-house duties including reception cover, greeting visitors, and handling telephone/email enquiries
Supporting attendance monitoring, including daily registers and follow-ups
Maintaining and updating pupil records using SIMS and/or Arbor
Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Supporting staff with communication and documentation needs
Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all timesWhat we\’re looking for:
Strong administrative experience, ideally within a school setting
Confidence using school systems such as SIMS and/or Arbor
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and professional approach to work
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is highly advantageous
