About the Role:
- As a key member of the school office team, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and front-office duties, including:
- Providing excellent customer service to pupils, parents, staff, and visitors
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Supporting with attendance, admissions, and general office tasks
- Using Microsoft Office and school systems to support day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Strong administration and customer service experience
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- School office experience is desirable but not essential - full training and support will be provided
