Join our team of Primary School Support Staff in the WF3 area (Wakefield/Leeds). Are you passionate about supporting children in their early years and primary education? Looking for flexible, rewarding work where every day makes a difference? We're expanding our team of primary support staff for schools across the WF3 area, and we'd love to hear from you.
We work closely with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools, providing high-quality staff who can step in to support pupils, teachers, and school communities.
Roles We're Recruiting For:- EYFS Support Staff
- Supporting Nursery & Reception pupils
- Creating nurturing, play-based learning environments
- Assisting with early phonics, numeracy & social development
- General Teaching Assistants (KS1 & KS2)
- Classroom support across core subjects
- Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons
- Providing small-group or 1:1 support
- SEN Support Assistants
- Supporting pupils with additional or complex needs
- Adapting learning approaches to individual pupils
- Working across KS1 and KS2
- Experience working with children (school, nursery, youth work or similar)
- A positive, proactive and caring attitude
- Reliability and a genuine passion for education
- Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
- Relevant qualifications are helpful but not essential
