We're currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology graduates to join our partner schools as SEN Teaching Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting and build a strong foundation for a future career in education, clinical psychology, or child development.
Psychology Graduate Roles- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language)
- Working one-to-one and in small groups under the guidance of the SENCO and classroom teacher
- Helping implement individual learning plans (EHCPs)
- Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation
- Promoting inclusion and a positive learning environment
- Degree in Psychology (or related field)
- Genuine interest in child development, mental health, or education
- Patient, empathetic, and proactive
- Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
- Aspiring Educational Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers encouraged to apply
