As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, providing 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils engage with learning, build confidence, and develop positive relationships within the classroom. This role is ideal for a patient, proactive, and empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting children, including those with additional needs, within a supportive primary school environment.

The Ideal Primary Teaching Assistant Will Have:
