Observation and interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited into the school for a lesson observation (typically 1 hour long, numeracy or literacy lesson). Following this, you will then be interviewed by the school SLT. This process allows you to understand the school and get a true indication of the day-to-day running of the school.
