Based in Preston | Rapidly Growing Team | £24,784.50 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Due to continued growth and market success, we are looking for a Compliance Officer / Candidate Resourcer to join our team - a key entry point into education recruitment, with a structured pathway to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, and who is ambitious to develop into a full consultant position over time.

The Role

As a Compliance Officer / Candidate Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment consultants and ensuring candidates are fully compliant and ready to work in schools. Over time, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, with training and development to move into a Recruitment Consultant role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing candidate compliance in line with safeguarding and education regulations
  • Supporting the sourcing, screening, and onboarding of education professionals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring documentation is up to date
  • Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment activity
  • Gradually developing sales, client, and account management skills as part of your progression
