Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young people in their education? We are working with a number of secondary schools across East Lancashire who are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for upcoming long-term roles.
What we\'re looking for:
A Level 2, 3, or 4 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Recent experience working within a secondary school setting
Strong classroom support skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
The roles will involve:
Providing tailored support to pupils, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
