We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at our vibrant nursery in Accrington. If you have a genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver exciting and engaging activities tailored to children's individual needs.
- Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring they are meeting developmental milestones.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for helping children grow and develop.
