We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a vibrant and welcoming nursery in Accrington. If you’re passionate about early years education and looking to make a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education
- Lead, support and develop the staff team
- Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted regulations
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community
- Monitor and improve the quality of teaching and learning
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (Level 5+ preferred)
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within a nursery setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for early years education
