About the Role:
We are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to support students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour
- Support implementation of behaviour support plans
- Build positive relationships with students
- Promote emotional wellbeing and engagement
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with SEMH or behaviour support
- Confident in managing challenging situations
- Patient, resilient, and proactive
