About the Role
- Teach small classes of pupils with a range of needs, including ASC, MLD, SLD, SEMH and communication difficulties.
- Deliver creative, differentiated lessons that engage learners at all ability levels.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists and senior leaders.
- Create a safe, structured and positive learning environment.
- Monitor progress and keep accurate records in line with school policy.
