The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a supportive and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is committed to inclusive education and making a meaningful difference in pupils' lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Support pupils with a range of social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs
  • Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress in line with school policies
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff and external professionals
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting
  • Strong understanding of SEND, particularly SEMH needs (desirable)
  • Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies
  • A nurturing, patient and adaptable teaching approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
