Salary: £95 to £115 per day

The school is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Learning Assistant to work with children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, supporting their attainment and progress up to GCSE level.

Responsibilities

  • Support children’s learning alongside teachers and other teaching assistants.
  • Deliver sessions instructed by the teacher to improve progress.
  • Make observations and adapt instruction to individual needs.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Degree preferred, preferably in mainstream curriculum subjects (English, Maths, Science, French, History, etc.).
  • Experience working with children required.
  • Understanding of special needs or learning difficulties.
  • Enthusiastic and creative approach to learning.
  • High levels of professionalism.
