The school is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Learning Assistant to work with children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, supporting their attainment and progress up to GCSE level.
Responsibilities
- Support children’s learning alongside teachers and other teaching assistants.
- Deliver sessions instructed by the teacher to improve progress.
- Make observations and adapt instruction to individual needs.
Key Skills and Experience
- Degree preferred, preferably in mainstream curriculum subjects (English, Maths, Science, French, History, etc.).
- Experience working with children required.
- Understanding of special needs or learning difficulties.
- Enthusiastic and creative approach to learning.
- High levels of professionalism.
