Location: East London, Dagenham.

We are seeking a flexible and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a daily supply basis within SEN schools based in the Dagenham area. This role involves supporting pupils aged 4‑19 years with a range of complex needs, including SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties), alongside associated social, emotional, and learning needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about inclusive education who is looking for flexible, hands‑on experience supporting young people with additional needs.

SEN Teaching Assistant Role:

  • Supporting pupils with a variety of SEN, including SLD, PMLD, SEMH and additional learning needs
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support depending on daily requirements

  • Supporting pupils' communication, engagement, and emotional regulation
