We are currently recruiting for a committed and resilient Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a thriving secondary school in Middlesbrough. This long-term temporary role is to start ASAP and is full-time (Monday to Friday).
The school is on a sustained journey of progress and improvement, with a strong focus on raising standards and supporting every student to achieve their potential. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learning across the curriculum, working closely with teaching staff to ensure students are engaged, supported, and making progress.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working in a secondary school setting
Be confident supporting students aged 11-16, including those with additional needs
Be resilient, proactive, and effective in the classroom
Be able to build positive relationships with students and staff
Hold a Level 2 TA qualification (or equivalent) This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic school environment and is passionate about making a difference in young people\’s lives.
