Full-time hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
Veritas Education is currently seeking reliable and adaptable School Administrators to join our team on a temporary, ad hoc basis, supporting a range of schools as and when cover is required. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced administrative professionals who enjoy working in dynamic school environments and are looking for flexible work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing front-of-house reception support
- Managing phone calls, emails and general enquiries
- Supporting attendance and pupil record systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor, etc.)
- General administrative duties to support the wider school office
- Working collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a school environment (highly desirable)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident communication and professional manner
- Ability to adapt quickly to new settings
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential or willingness to obtain one)
