Veritas Education is a leading education recruitment company based in Leeds, covering primary, secondary, early years, SEN, services and post‑16 across West Yorkshire. From September 2026, we are recruiting a senior consultant to continue delivering high‑standard service to schools and trusts.

Essential Experience

  • Proven track record in educational recruitment and/or sales.
  • Experience managing a high‑volume desk.
  • Strong communication, candidate sourcing and new business development skills.
  • Ability to support schools with vacancies from day‑to‑day supply to long‑term and permanent placements.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the educational recruitment market, frameworks and the CCS/GCA.
