Veritas Education are a leading education recruitment company based within Leeds, covering all avenues of education including primary, secondary, early years, SEN, services and post 16 across West Yorkshire. From September 2026, we are looking to expand our team within the Leeds branch with a senior consultant to help continue the high level of service we deliver to all our partnership settings, schools and trusts we currently support.

Essential experience:
- A proven track record in educational recruitment and/or sales.
- Solid experience managing a high-volume desk.
- Be able to demonstrate key skills around communication, candidate sourcing and new business development.
- Demonstrate the ability to support schools with vacancies, from day-to-day supply to long term and permanent placements.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the educational recruitment market, frameworks and the CCS/GCA.
