- What You'll Be Doing
- Leading learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, delivering pre-planned lessons in the teacher's absence
- Providing targeted intervention support in literacy, numeracy and SEND
- Supporting behaviour, engagement and positive routines
- Working closely with class teachers and senior leaders to raise attainment
- Bringing energy, initiative and creativity to every school day
- What We're Looking For
- HLTA qualification or substantial TA experience with the confidence to lead whole-class learning
- Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
- Adaptability to work across different year groups and school settings
