We are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Hayes. This is an excellent opportunity to support a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and make a significant difference in their educational journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to the child, enhancing their learning and social skills.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment to support the child's development.
- Monitor and record progress, communicating regularly with parents and staff.
Requirements:
