Veritas Education are seeking Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) required across Lancashire Schools. These HLTA roles are on a short and long term basis, within a variety of schools including 'Good' and 'Outstanding'.

Full and Part time positions available, with pay ranging from £95 to £120 per day depending on the role. The positions involve working across Key Stage 1 & 2.

HLTA Role information:
  • Cover whole classes for PPA release time throughout the school
  • Plan and deliver maths and literacy intervention schemes, working with small groups
  • Have extensive phonics knowledge and be confident in delivering phonics interventions to EAL children
  • Covering sickness within school and working across both Key Stage 1 & 2

HLTA Requirements:
  • Must be a qualified HLTA level 4 or above
  • Have previous experience working in primary schools ideally across Key Stage 1 & 2

  • Experience working with varied abilities and being able to adapt to different settings
