Veritas Education is working with a prominent post-16 education provider in the West Midlands to appoint a Head of SEND / SENCO in Birmingham.

You will lead SEND strategy, policy and provision, and manage the Inclusive Learning Support team.

Collaborating with teachers to enable inclusive practice, you will oversee ILPs, EHCPs and safeguarding as part of the leadership team, while delivering staff training and building strong relationships with families and external agencies.
