As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils build confidence, remain engaged, and achieve their full potential. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, proactive, and empathetic, with a genuine passion for supporting children—including those with additional needs—within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting (essential)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions
