As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils build confidence, remain engaged, and achieve their full potential. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, proactive, and empathetic, with a genuine passion for supporting children-including those with additional needs-within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
