About the Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting learning, engagement, attendance, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support across KS3 and KS4
  • Support students across a range of subjects in the classroom
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
  • Monitor progress and contribute to reports and feedback
  • Support pupils with SEND in collaboration with the SEN team
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
