We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work within a welcoming primary school setting in Harlow, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and looking for flexible, rewarding work within a supportive school environment. The Role
- Support pupils across the primary age range, including those with SEN and additional needs
- Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging learning activities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
- Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
- Help maintain a safe, positive and structured classroom environment
- Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
The Ideal Candidate
- Have experience working with children (school experience preferred)
- Are confident, reliable and adaptable
- Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Are passionate about supporting children's learning and development
- Have an interest in SEN and inclusive education
