We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work within a welcoming primary school setting in Harlow, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and looking for flexible, rewarding work within a supportive school environment. The Role

  • Support pupils across the primary age range, including those with SEN and additional needs
  • Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging learning activities
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
  • Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
  • Help maintain a safe, positive and structured classroom environment
  • Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement

The Ideal Candidate

  • Have experience working with children (school experience preferred)
