We collaborate with state, private, and independent schools, building strong, trusted relationships with our clients.\\n\\nWe are currently recruiting English, Maths, and Science Graduate Teaching Assistants for full time, long term roles for a schools in West London. Roles are full time, long term, and will be to start in September 2025.

\\n\\nResponsibilities for Graduate Teaching Assistant include:\\n\\nAssist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and supporting classroom learning.\\nProvide 1:1 and small group support to students, including those with SEN, helping to reinforce learning.\\nSupport the development of students' academic skills (including literacy and numeracy) and personal development, fostering social and emotional growth.\\nHelp manage classroom behavior and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.\\nPrepare and organise teaching resources to support lesson delivery and student engagement.\\nCollaborate with teachers and SEN staff to track student progress and implement learning strategies.About you:\\n\\nEducated to degree level in a English, Maths, or Science (or STEM), or a related subject area \\nHave previous experience within a school or other child related experience.\\nDemonstrate enthusiasm and a professional and friendly approach.\\nHave knowledge and experience supporting children within special educational needs.\\nSchool based experience preferred but not essential.Ideally you will already have some experience working with young people, or you may be considering furthering your career in education as a teacher (desirable but not essential).
