Veritas Education is working in partnership with welcoming and supportive nursery settings across Leeds to recruit enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners for long-term opportunities within nurturing and engaging environments. The nurseries place a strong emphasis on child-led learning, wellbeing, and creating positive early experiences where every child can thrive. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning and development within a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment. You will work closely with the nursery team to deliver engaging activities, encourage children's social and emotional development, and build positive relationships with families and colleagues.

This role would suit both qualified Level 2 or Level 3 practitioners, as well as individuals with previous nursery or early years experience who are passionate about working with children and developing their career within the sector.

What we are looking for:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred
  • Previous nursery or early years experience
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Ability to support engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
