About the Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will:
Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework
Support children\βs learning, development, and emotional well-being
Plan and carry out engaging, age-appropriate activities
Work collaboratively with a dedicated and supportive staff team
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and carers
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
Previous experience working within an early years or nursery setting
A caring, enthusiastic, and professional approach to childcare
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting young children\βs development
