About the Role

As a Qualified Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Support children\’s development and overall well‑being, following the early years EYFS standards
  • Work together in a strong team, building connections and supporting one another
  • Use your knowledge as a qualified practitioner to support age‑appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors

Requirements

  • Minimum level 2 Early Years Qualification (DfE recognised)
  • Minimum 1 year working with or experience in a childcare setting
  • Strong communication skills and works well in a team
  • A true passion for working in Early Years
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
