The Role
- To deliver pre-planned work set by the class teacher who is out of lesson or off that day.
- Follow the schools behaviour and classroom policies to create a positive and structured learning environment.
- Be confident in managing behaviour and classroom expectations to ensure all students stay engaged and on task.
- Be comfortable supporting children across different tasks and subjects (You don\’t have to be a specialist in every subject, just be able to support as best you can!)
- Open to support across different secondary age groups, classes and subjects!
This role is ideal for applicants looking for part time work around university and other commitments, and a great opportunity to develop teaching and classroom management skills and experience!
