Are you passionate about working with children and looking for flexible work that fits around your schedule? Veritas Education is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Nursery Practitioners to work on a daily supply basis across a range of welcoming nurseries in Surrey. Whether you're looking for full-time work or just a few days each week, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in Early Years settings, with flexible opportunities to suit your availability.

In this role, you will be supporting children age 0-5 years, fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment, and helping each child reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children's learning, development, and well-being through play-based activities
  • Help create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment
  • Assist with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes and outdoor play
  • Encourage children's social, emotional, and communication development
  • Work collaboratively with staff and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children in nurseries, schools, childcare, or a similar setting
  • A passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development
  • A friendly, caring, and proactive approach
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
