We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join the school's team on both a full-time and supply basis. The Role

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, communication needs, and complex needs.
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development.
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive social interactions.
• Assisting teachers and therapists in delivering personalised learning programmes.
• Supporting pupils with their emotional, social, and educational development.
• Creating a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.

We Are Looking For

• Previous experience supporting children or adults with SEN, disabilities, or additional needs.
• Candidates from backgrounds such as care and support work, residential childcare, youth work, nursery or childcare settings, teaching assistant roles, mental health support, healthcare and community support.
• Individuals who are naturally empathetic, patient, resilient, and understanding.
• People who are passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs.
